We are one of the renowned manufacturers and suppliers of EOT cranes that are available in three models such as single girder, double girder and electric wire. These cranes are designed in conformation with the 807, 3177 and 4137 standards. To ensure optimum performance and low maintenance of crane, all the critical components and sub-assemblies undergo thorough in-process inspection and conformance testing in-house. For our client’s benefit, we also impart specific training on safe usage and maintenance of the crane. We provide a comprehensive instruction manual with electrical details along with each unit of TFI equipment.

Gear boxes are fabricated, stress relieved and machined on precision machine
LT&CT Wheels are EN-9 forged steel duly heat treated for longer life
V Type wheel housing for ease of maintenance
All transmission is through geared coupling
Reputed make of ball & spherical roller bearings are used
The gears & pinions are tested in-house to ensure their quality, compatibility and serviceability
The helical gears & pinions integral with shafts are made from case hardening low-carbon alloy steels and are hardened to 50-60 HRC
High-speed pinions & gears are profile ground running in splash lubrication oil bath to give noiseless movement with max efficiency to save on consumed electricity
Gears & pinions conform to D1N7/AGMA-12 standard or EN - 9 / EN - 24 steel respectively and teeth are generated on bobbing machine to ensure smooth reduction
Rope drum is made out of seamless pipes for extra strength and is coupled to gear box through specially designed geared coupling
Steel casting of good quality used for rope pulleys and brake drums
